A small studio for your whole catalog

Batch Product Gallery Builder

One spreadsheet. A folder of photos. Three branded layouts for every product, in square, portrait, or both sizes.

01 / Bring your products

First row = column headers. Up to 100 products and 1 MiB of UTF-8 CSV. Use | between feature bullets (up to 6 per product). Optional portrait_headline replaces the product name on portrait layouts only; blank or unmapped uses the name.

Product photos

JPEG, PNG or WebP. Up to 300 files, 10 MiB each, 250 MiB total and 30 megapixels per image. A new selection replaces the previous photo set.

02 / Map your columns

Choose which CSV column belongs to each field. SKU and product name are required. Review the choices, then apply the mapping.

Read a CSV to choose columns.

03 / Make it your brand

JPEG, PNG or WebP; up to 2 MiB and 4 megapixels. Transparent PNG works well.

04 / Review every product

Placement applies only to this product, preview size and photo slot. Fit keeps the whole photo; Fill crops to the frame. Adjust focal points with the arrow keys and review all three layouts.

Import a CSV and photos, map your fields, then preflight the batch.

Every SKU gets 3 images for one size, or 6 for Both, plus a manifest. Export stops at 200 MiB. Nothing is silently skipped.

Your CSV, photos, filenames and SKUs are processed in this browser and are not uploaded or saved by this tool. Refreshing or changing languages clears your work. Page-visit analytics are separate and receive no product contents or filenames.

A repeatable catalog and pin workflow

Prepare one row per product and select your local photos. Choose square listing images (1080 × 1080), 2:3 portrait images (1000 × 1500), or Both. Each size has a hero card, a feature card and a photo gallery, with a layout built for that canvas.

How are photos matched?

Use SKU.jpg (or .png / .webp) for the main image, and SKU__2.jpg / SKU__3.jpg for extra views. SKU__1.jpg also works as a primary. Matching is case-sensitive. CSV image columns can name a selected filename or folder-relative path. Duplicate candidates block export until you pick the right file.

Can I use just one photo?

Yes. If optional image slots are empty, the primary photo is repeated and a warning is shown. An explicit filename that cannot be found must be fixed. You can override any photo for the selected product using the dropdowns.

Why does export need a preflight?

Every product, selected size and all three layouts are checked. Missing images, ambiguous matches, unreadable files or text that cannot fit block export. A successful square preview does not bypass portrait checks. Shorten the affected CSV text or fix the photo selection, then check again.

What is in the ZIP?

A single size keeps 01-hero, 02-details and 03-gallery in each safe SKU folder. Both adds square/ and portrait/ subfolders, six images per product. The version 2 manifest retains output filenames and records each output’s dimensions, layout, source photo slots and crops. JPEG uses quality 0.92; PNG usually produces larger files.

What are the boundaries?

This is a fixed-layout image builder, with no AI generation, background removal, store publishing or paid service. Prices are printed as written, so include your currency. It does not verify product claims or marketplace rules. Always inspect the images before using them in a listing.

How do portrait headlines and crops work?

Map the optional portrait_headline column for a shorter headline; blank cells use the product name. Choose a preview size and a photo slot before adjusting Fit, Fill or focal points. These settings are independent for each product, size and slot, and reset when the assigned photo changes. Pinterest documents a 2:3 image ratio such as 1000 × 1500. This tool prepares images; it makes no promise about ranking or performance.
